Rosen sat on the board of iAnthus Capital Holdings, a multistate operator of cannabis assets in the United States and has advised and/or invested in more than 150 companies in the cannabis industry.

Andrew DeAngelo is a visionary leader with a proven track record of enacting systemic social change and developing best practices for the cannabis industry. During his 13-year tenure at Harborside, Andrew has pioneered legal cannabis business processes and provided groundbreaking political engagement and thought leadership to the cannabis community.

Andrew led the design and development of gold-standard cannabis retail by innovating many “firsts” for the industry, including introducing CBD medicines to heal severely epileptic children as documented in Discovery Channel’s Weed Wars, implementing the first lab-testing program in cannabis dispensing, and successfully working to prevent the federal government from seizing Harborside in forfeiture actions against the company in 2012. Andrew is also a founding Board of Directors member of the California Cannabis Industry Association (CCIA), the premier cannabis industry trade association in California, where he served from 2013 to 2020 building the organization from zero to 500 member companies.

Rob Slingerland advises select cannabis clients on strategy, finance, corporate development, capital raising and restructuring. Currently, Rob is spending most of his time spearheading the restructuring of a vertically integrated cannabis operation in receivership on behalf of a large investor/creditor.

Rob recently served as Chief Corporate Development Officer for Canndescent where he led Canndescent’s multi-state expansion effort and signed deals for acquisitions in MA, MI and NV.  Canndescent has built one of the premium brands in the cannabis industry and has a leading position in the California market. Rob also negotiated and structured multiple licencing and partnership deals and played an instrumental role in Canndescent’s recent capital raise.

Aaron is a well-respected subject matter expert in the field of cannabis and hemp safety testing and appeared twice on NBC Nightly News to shed light on the breaking vaping health “crisis” (EVALI). He remains active in cannabis and hemp regulation and frequently participates in discussions with the California Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC). Aaron has become a fervent and outspoken advocate for social equity and consumer safety issues.
